DALE School

Dale Community Primary School approached us to help them create a way to commemorate the school's centenary, we knew this was the perfect project for the pupils of the school to lead. A programmes and editorial group of 20 students from across the year groups took control and planned a programme that more than 500 pupils, 100 staff and dozens of former students from across the decades took part in. The culmination of this was a hardback book written and designed by pupils, given to every child and then sold through the local Waterstones.

Since then, we have worked extensively with Dale on creating new learning environments, educational resources and documentation of their community's achievements. We've even created an
in-house designer role - which we think must be one of the first in
a primary school!

Through a complete rethink of how we create our resources, design our spaces, and document our achievements, we have become a school with incredible learning environments that reflect and support our pupil and staff needs. Thanks to FOX Create, our centenary book project demonstrates perfectly what our young pupils are capable of!
